Ken grew up in Fairfield, Connecticut and attended Quinnipiac College while working in his family's business. An entrepreneur at heart, Ken expanded the business, which quickly grew into one of the largest retail video electronic chains in Fairfield County. After selling his business in 1991, Ken became licensed as a REALTOR and entered the real estate business.
Ken joined The Greater Fairfield Board of REALTORS in 1994 and immediately became active in assuming a leadership role. He held the position of President for the Greater Fairfield Board of REALTORS in 2002 and 2003, and concurrently served on the Board of Directors for Connecticut Association of REALTORS (CAR). In 2004 Ken went on to become the CAR Region One Vice President. Elected to the position of Treasurer for CAR in 2005 and 2006 Ken served as a Director for the National Association of REALTORS (NAR) during that same time period. Ken is currently State President of the Connecticut Association of REALTORS.
Ken was awarded, an unprecedented three times, "REALTOR of the Year" by the Greater Fairfield Board of REALTORS in 2000, 2003, and 2006, which is a prestigious honor and nomination by his peers. RE/MAX of New England awarded Ken "RE/MAX Associate of the Year Award" for outstanding professionalism and dedication to both clients and colleagues in 1998 and 2008. In 2007 Ken was awarded the highest honor any REALTOR can achieve: "REALTOR of the Year" for the State of Connecticut.
Ken currently lives in Fairfield and enjoys playing golf, SCUBA diving, and public speaking.
